Asus Zenfone 7 – A recent Geekbench listing suggested that the ZenFone 7 will have up to 16 GB of RAM and include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. On the other hand, the newly launched Snapdragon 865+ chipset can be given in ZenFone 7 Pro.
Asus ZenFone 7 is listed on Taiwan’s National Communications Commission (NCC) as well as TUV Rheinland websites with ID number ASUS_I002D. Both listings reveal some of the main specifications of the new Asus phones. If we look at the previous reports, it is being told that the company is working on its two new top-end phones ZenFone 7 and ZenFone 7 Pro. The Zenfone 7 is specifically seen as an upgrade to the Zenfone 6, which the company launched in India as the Asus 6z.
Asus ZenFone 7 specifications (expected)
As per NCC certification, Asus’s new phone comes with the model number ZS670KS. This suggests that the new phone will come with a 6.7-inch display. The NCC listing, initially viewed by a Japanese blog, also states that the new handset will feature up to 512 GB of storage as well as connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.0, and MFC.
The TUV Rheinland certification, shared by a Twitter account named ‘the_tech_guy’, reportedly states that the upcoming Asus phone will have a 4,115mAh capacity battery and will support 30W fast charging.
Gadgets 360 was not able to independently verify these certifications. Therefore, it would be sensible to just take all these information as leaks.
Earlier this week, a report claimed that ZenFone 7 Pro will also be launched alongside ZenFone 7. Both these models are said to be launched at a lower price than the Asus ROG Phone 3, to be launched next week. In addition, a recent Geekbench listing suggested that the ZenFone 7 will have up to 16 GB of RAM and will include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. On the other hand, the newly launched Snapdragon 865+ chipset can be given in Zenfone 7 Pro.
